Directions to Stadium/Check-In Process

Driving Directions:  Nation Ford High School to the Bank of America Stadium Shuttle Parking Lot:
• Parking Lot is for CARPOOLS ONLY!
• The shuttle parking lot address is 3205 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC. Visit www.stadiumfoodandbeverage.com for a map of the location.

Directions from Nation Ford:

  • Start out going southwest on A.O. Jones Blvd toward Springfield Pky.
  • Turn right onto Springfield Pky.
  •  Take I-77N to Exit 1a ( Freedom Drive/Hwy74), merge onto Freedom Drive
  • Turn Left onto Ashley Rd.
  • Turn left into the Valerie Woodard Parking (DSS/Meck) – the DNC lot is toward the rear, and is marked by DNC signage.
  • For each event, there will be additional staff shuttle buses available, as well as police presence from lot opening until the last car has left. Shuttle buses will run later as well.

If you are parking somewhere else or taking the Blue-Line uptown, the Check-In area is located off of South Graham Street. From Mint and Stonewall/South Graham, head west onto South Graham Street on the North Side of the Stadium and go to the side street next to the stadium. Walk towards the security booth and let them know you are there as a volunteer. They will direct you to the check in area.

Arrival Times/ Check-In Procedures:
Volunteer arrival time is (4) hours prior to kick-off. Gates open to the public (2) hours prior to kick-off and all stands must be ready to sell by this time.

All volunteers must enter & exit through the 000 Level of the stadium. This entrance is located off of Graham Street and the shuttle buses will drop you off directly in front of the Check-In area. (No volunteers will be allowed in the stadium once the check-in area closes. The check-in area closes when gates open; 2 hrs prior to kick-off.)

All volunteers must proceed through the Check-In area located in the Loading Dock of the stadium in order to receive a “Game Day Credential.” No one will be allowed to enter the stadium without one of these credentials. (ALL volunteers must be at least 15 yrs old in order to work on game day. Proof of ID is required for all minors.)

Uniform Policy & Guidelines

Do not alter the exterior appearance of your uniform; uniform pieces must be worn as stated. The complete uniform must be neat and clean, and kept in good condition.

A volunteer may be asked to leave if they do not follow these uniform standards.

Do NOT wear or bring anything into the stadium advertising another NFL team.
