BOA Stadium Fundraiser Required Documents & Training

If you have signed up to volunteer at the Bank of America Stadium Concession Stand, there are a few prep items you must complete before your shift. Before you work, you should have completed the following tasks and forwarded corresponding certifications to Shawna lee Irish at nafobandpanthers@gmail.com.

• 1. Levy Video Training – Certificate (everyone)
• 2. Signed Orientation Packet (everyone)
• 3. ServSafe Training – Certificate (over 18)
• 4. Parental Consent – signed by parent & student (under 18)
• 5. Uniform Guidelines – read through (everyone)

Levy Training Video

All volunteers need to complete a 10-minute training video that consists of reading rules and answering corresponding questions. This must be completed online and signed pages must be be scanned to Shawna Lee Irish at nafobandpanthers@gmail.com before you may work.

ServSafe Training

All volunteers ages 21 years + are required to obtain the ServSafe Alcohol certification in order to participate. Our concession stand does sell alcoholic beverages and we must adhere to all laws and guidelines. There is an up front cost of $20.40 when using the coupon code LEVY23 for the training, which the band will reimburse to you in the form of credit dollars, payable with your first event worked after earning certification.

Parental Consent

If you are under 18 of years old, you must have a Parental Consent Form filled out and signed prior to working your first game of the season. Please download and scan back to nafobandpanthers@gmail.com.

Panthers Stadium Photo Credentials

Due to NFL rules, we need to provide a credential for all Panthers games. Your email address will be provided when you sign up, and the week of the game, you will receive an email from tsecredentials@teppersportsentertainment.com. Please look for this email (many times it will go to Spam), and respond with your photo as soon as you receive it. Bring your credential on your phone with you when you arrive at the stadium. 

Bank of America Stadium Dress Code

To keep our stand in compliance with stadium regulations, we must comply with their dress code.

• We may only wear black pants – no leggings, jeans or denim.
• No shorts.
• Everyone’s shirt must be tucked in. This is a stadium-wide rule.
• The only allowable jewelry will be a single, plain wedding band with no stones and no grooves (No earrings).
• We are not allowed to wear nail polish or nail overlays (gel, acrylic, dip) to work at the stadium. Nails must be short and clean.
• Everyone must wear the provided matching stand Volunteer shirt and NaFo hat. Please let us know if you are unable to wear a hat.
