Reigning SCBDA 5A State Champion’s 2025 Production “Out of the Blue,” Premieres Sept 20th at Carolinas Exhibition of Bands

The Nation Ford marching band is made up of about 150 wind players, percussionists, and colorguard members. Our membership comes primarily from the high school, where our students are enrolled in band class as a requirement.

Along with providing entertainment at football games and parades, the Nation Ford Marching band prepares a theatrical field production to compete both locally and nationally!

The season typically kicks off in the spring with a few training days, but the bulk of marching season activity happens between mid-July and early November. As the reigning 5A State Champions, we expect this to be an exciting season for the Nation Ford Band program with lots of performance opportunities and travel!
