The Carolinas Exhibition of Bands is an annual event hosted by and held at Nation Ford High School in Fort Mill, SC. The 2025 event will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Bands from several counties in South Carolina will showcase their marching shows for the first time, get crucial pre-competition season feedback, and kick off the season with our fantastic and lively community.
Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online through September 18, 2025. Tickets can also be purchased in person on the day of the event. Children 5 and under get in free.

Marching to the Beat of Early Detection with Invision Diagnostics
Beginning at 10:00 AM, Invision Diagnostics will be on campus providing mobile mammogram screenings. All insurances are accepted!
Carolina Crown
Carolina Crown, our local award-winning drum and bugle corps will be on campus with various band merchandise items!
Whit’s Frozen Custard
Whit’s will be on campus slinging sweet treats to keep everyone cool on our sunny Saturday.
Naturally Sweet Cafe
Being outside can be a real energy drain. Naturally Sweet Cafe will be on site helping meet all your caffeinated needs.
Roman’s All Star Cafe
Roman’s All Star Cafe will be our food provider for the exhibition event! Their menu features various options from BBQ sandwiches, to cheesesteaks!
Nation Ford High School Concession Stand & Band Store
Our concession stand will be open providing drinks and candy, and the band store will be open selling our official exhibition t-shirt. There will also be bracelets and other spirit items with color options for all our participating bands!

Purchasing an ad in the Exhibition program is a great way to spread the word about your business while fostering community goodwill through your support of a highly successful program benefitting local youth. The digital program will be provided free of charge to all attending the event, so no one needs to make a purchase in order to see your ad. The program remains accessible for 45 days after the event, ensuring our attendees can easily refer back to your ad (no misplaced paper programs!) post-exhibition.

Online with credit card: Use the button below to make your payment.
By check: Make payable to FMDBBC with “NAFO Exhibition Program” in the memo line, and mail to: FMDBBC Attn: Exhibition Program, PO Box 611, Fort Mill, SC 29716. Checks should be postmarked by the payment deadline date (9/17).
SUBMIT YOUR AD
Email your ad to Micah Gause at: mgause@fmsdmail.org with the subject line “2025 NAFO Exhibition Program Ad”. All ads must be in .pdf format and any included photos or graphics must be high resolution. Ads must arrive by 4:00 pm on Friday, September 19th to be included in the Exhibition Program.
